How can I book a vacation with you?
Please check the availability calendar to see whether your desired date is still available. If this is the case, you can preferably send a non-binding booking request by email:
For this we need the following information from you:
- Name first Name
- Telephone and email address
- Number of people (adults and children, as well as the age of the children)
- Date of arrival and departure
We will then prepare a detailed written offer for you and reserve your desired period for the next 2 weeks. During this time you can decide whether you want to accept our offer. The final booking is made with a written confirmation of the offer and a deposit of 25% of the rental price.

Can I cancel a booking with you?
In their rental or The travel price does not include legal protection. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance on your own responsibility. If you cancel up to 4 weeks before arrival, 25% of the total price will be charged. If you cancel up to 2 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. After that or in the event of no-show (illness etc.) we charge 80% of the total price if the apartment cannot be re-let.
Should you have to leave earlier in the event of an unforeseeable event or due to illness, the rental price is only to be paid for the nights for which no replacement tenant could be found. In any case, however, a flat processing fee of 25 euros must be paid.
Can I choose the day of arrival and departure as well as the booking period?
In the main season we prefer to rent from Saturday to Saturday. Otherwise you can decide for yourself when you want to arrive and depart, taking into account the minimum booking times, depending on the season. In the main season we guarantee that you will be able to use the apartment from 3 p.m. We ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Outside the main season, the arrival and departure times may differ. Ask us!
What does the rent for the apartment cost?
The rental price is staggered according to the season and minimum stay. It applies to the apartment for up to 4 people. You can find further details under prices.

What is included in the price? What additional costs are there?
The rent includes all additional costs, such as electricity, heating, light and water. The rental price includes the statutory VAT, as well as the use of a linen package per person (bed linen and towels). There are no further costs for the final cleaning.
What do I have to bring with me?
You need to bring:
- Children’s bed linen for the travel cot
- Bath towels for the beach
Your initial set of toilet paper and tabs for the dishwasher are provided.
Is the apartment suitable for 2 couples?
Yes. The apartment has two separate bedrooms with high-quality comfort beds and a shared living and dining area. There are separate bathrooms for both bedrooms. Retreat options are also available. You can watch TV in the common living area and in one of the two bedrooms.
Is the apartment suitable for young families with babies?
You can accommodate your baby in the existing travel cot in the parents’ bedroom. The generously covered balcony enables you and your baby to rest and sleep in the fresh air. Children’s cutlery and high chair are available.
Is the apartment suitable for families with teenagers?
Teenagers can hang out in the comfort of their own room and watch their own DVDs or films. There are many recreational activities that are interesting for teenage young people.
Is the apartment suitable for seniors?
The apartment is on the mezzanine floor on a complete living level. You don’t have to climb stairs at night either. The shower is spacious and on the ground floor. The apartment has no thresholds. If your partner snores at night, you can use the second bedroom without having to forego sleeping comfort. The location of the apartment is ideal so that you do not need your own vehicle. You can arrive by coach or train. With short walks you can reach the most beautiful corners of Göhren, with local transport that of the Mönchgut. You can buy everyday items in the immediate vicinity of the villa. You can easily reach other places on the island by taking the bathing train or the Rasender Roland, local transport or ship connections. You can easily reach restaurants and pubs in the town and neighboring towns. You are not dependent on a car or a bicycle during your stay.
Is the apartment suitable for wheelchair users?
Unfortunately, we have to inform you that the structural conditions are not specifically tailored to the special needs of disabled people. The stairs to the entrance area and the narrow doors to the bedrooms may be obstacles for wheelchair users and users of walking aids. The toilets are too narrow for wheelchair users.
What is the health resort tax for?
From 2013 they can use Mönchgut local transport for free.
